Based in the Iosco County of Michigan, I help couples bring their vision to life through thoughtful coordination, intentional planning support, and a steady hand on the wedding day. I started this business because of my deep love for weddings and the joy I feel watching every couple step into their own “happily ever after.” If I can play even a small part in helping your day unfold exactly how you’ve always dreamed, it would truly be an honor. We are now booking a limited number of clients for day-of coordination, small weddings and events, and a la carte planning services. This intentional phase allows us to provide a highly personalized experience while preparing to expand into full-service wedding planning in the future!
For smaller weddings or micro-events (50 guests or less) needing lighter coordination support. Includes up to 5 hours of service on your wedding day, which can be allocated however best fits your needs.
Includes:
Planning check-in (1–2 calls)
Vendor communication support (limited scope)
Timeline creation
Day-of coordination (shortened coverage as needed)
Setup + flow assistance for intimate gatherings
Best for elopements, backyard weddings, and small venue celebrations.
For couples who have completed most of their planning and need professional execution on the wedding day. Includes up to 10 hours of service on your wedding day, which can be allocated however best fits your needs.

3 intentional planning calls (initial meeting, check-in, & final stretch)
Vendor confirmation and coordination
Custom wedding day timeline creation
Ceremony rehearsal coordination
Full wedding day management (8–10 hours)
Setup oversight for personal décor
Ceremony + reception flow management

How far in advance should we book these services?
I recommend booking as soon as you have your venue and date secured. Couples usually book anywhere from 9 to 12 months in advance, but I may also accept shorter timelines depending on availability.
What areas do you serve?
I’m based in both the Oscoda and Grand Rapids areas, but I am open to traveling to surrounding Michigan locations depending on the event.
How does payment work?
A signed contract and non-refundable retainer are required to secure your date. The remaining balance is typically due closer to the wedding date.
